Booking conditions

TERMS OF PAYMENT

The accommodation must be paid before arrival. After Skeikampen Booking has confirmed the booking, it is a binding agreement. Deposit of 50% must be paid to Skeikampen Booking 10 days after the booking is placed, the last 50% is due 1 month before arrival. If the booking is made later than 30 days prior to arrival, the amount must be paid immediately. The payment is in Norewegian Kroner. If damages to the unit is discovered after departure, which the guest did not report during the stay, an invoice for the cost of repair will be sent to the guest. This includes smoking also.

CANCELLATION RULES

If the booking is cancelled more than 1 month prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee of NOK 500,- per unit. Cancellations made later than 1 month prior to arrival, will not be refunded.

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

Check in after 1600 hrs arrival day. Check out before 1100 hrs departureday.Late check out will be charged with 500 NOK. Guests to all cabins and apartments (not Austlid Fjellstue); check in at the reception at Skeikampen Booking. Guests to Austlid Fjellstue; check in at Austlid. Guests to the hotels; check in at the hotels.

ROAD DIRECTIONS

Drive the E-6 to Lillehammer. Take the first exit north of Lillehammer, onto road 255 throgh Follebu and Segalstad Bru. In Segalstad Bru, drive straight onto road 254 towards Svingvoll and Skei.  In Svingvoll, turn left towards Skei (8 kilometers). The reception to Skeikampen Booking is located next to the chair lift, on the parking lot of the Thon Hotel Gausdal.

Lillehammer-Tretten-Skeikampen 49 km / Lillehammer -Segalstad Bru- Skeikampen 38 km. / Segalstad Bru - Skeikampen 21 km. / Skeikampen - Austlid 4 km.

GENERAL INFORMATION

All units contain duvets and pillows in accordance to number of beds. Bed linnen can be rented for NOK 125,- per set at the reception or you can coose to bring you own. Please note all the units are smoke free. Fire wood is not included, but can be bought in the super marked or on most gas stations on the way up.

LATE ARRIVALS

When arriving after the reception is closed, the key will be put in a wooden mail box on the outside of the entrance, where it can be picked up.
