The mountains around Skeikampen have been a popular recreation area for many generations. The ancient trade routes passed through this area in ancient times, and today you can follow this track from Skeikampen through Almannaskardet and Gudbrandsdal.

Today there are a large network of well-marked trails that await you. Experience the spectacular scenery with a walk, for example, to the top of Bjørg or the mountain Skeikampen.

One can explore more than 150 km of marked trails, from easy to more difficult.

The breathtaking view from the top of Skeikampen is for everyone! You see all the way to Jotunheimen and down to the glittering surface of the lake!
